Wash clean. -

Blanch the fungus in water for three to five minutes. -

Cut the vegetables and meat into shreds and place them on the plate, using 1/3 of the tenderloin. -

Saute onion and ginger until fragrant, add shredded pork and stir-fry until it changes color, pour some soy sauce for color. -
