Microwave the leftover quinoa rice for a minute and a half. Add a bag of chopped nori. -

Mix well. -

Beat two eggs with chopped green onion and appropriate amount of salt. -

Heat the pan, pour oil and spread the eggs. -

Add rice and dried shrimps. -

Put the bowl on the pot and stuff the edges of the eggs into it. -

Fold it over and add shredded cabbage or lettuce, then top with tomato sauce and it’s ready. Let’s eat together!
