Flatten the cucumber, remove the seeds, cut into small pieces, and place on a plate. -

Cut the preserved eggs into small slices and spread them on top of the cucumber. -

Sauté the garlic with oil until mature, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and vinegar, mix well, and add coriander. -

Mix the seasonings evenly and pour it on top of the cucumber preserved eggs and it’s done.
