Mix buckwheat noodles and white flour together, add a little salt, heat water and stir into dough, then knead into smooth dough. Pinch off a piece about the size of your little finger at a time, roll it into a long strip, and then use your thumb and index finger to shape it into a patterned dough nest as shown in the picture. (It was a little difficult at first, but practice makes perfect. This is my second time doing it.) -

Cut the potatoes into small dices and soak them in water. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small dices. -

Chop chives. -

Wash the rapeseed and set aside. -

Add chicken stock to the pot and bring to a boil. -

Put in the diced incense pot. -

Dice potatoes. -

Add appropriate amount of salt, cook over low heat until potatoes are soft and rotten, then add buckwheat noodles. -

Cook for about 10 minutes and add the rapeseed. -

When the rapeseed is cooked, add a little pepper and MSG, then add the chives. -

Finished product.
Tips
1. Buckwheat noodles are simple to make and rich in nutrients. Practice makes perfect.
2. Pair it with beef or mutton for better results.
