How to make zucchini and pork buns
1.Put yeast powder into warm water, stir until melted, and let stand for 5 minutes
2.Put the flour into a basin, add yeast water in small amounts and many times, and stir until it becomes flocculent. If the yeast water is not enough, add some water
3 .Knead the dough, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size
4. It takes time for the dough to ferment to prepare the filling. Chop the pork with onion and ginger into the filling
5.Put it into a bowl, add peanut oil, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and pepper powder, and stir evenly

7.Chop into fillings and squeeze out the moisture with your hands
8. Add to the meat filling and mix well
