How to cook wheat fish stewed in soy sauce

1.Fresh small river fish , rinse with cold water several times to control the water.
2.Cut the onions and ginger Rinse garlic and dried peppercorns with water and pat dry.
3.Get ready for Sun Island Spicy sauce.
4. Pour vegetable oil into a cold pot, heat it up to 70% heat, sauté the peppercorns, onions, ginger, garlic, and dried peppercorns until fragrant.
