How to make homemade jelly (bean powder)
1.First Here’s a picture of the finished product.
2. Prepare ingredients, bowls of bean flour.
3. Mix the ingredients into a ratio of 1 bowl of flour and 6 bowls of cold water, that is, mix it into a batter.
4. Turn off the heat in the non-stick pan. Pour in the flour paste. If there is too much pea starch, mix it yourself according to the ratio of 1:6. Keep turning on the heat. Don't stop stirring, otherwise it will get sticky.
5. Keep stirring in quick circles in a clockwise direction. I use chopsticks to stir.
6.After the water boils, about 2 minutes later, there are some places in the powder that are crystal clear. Still stir clockwise. Don’t stop, otherwise it will stick. The bottom of the pot is mushy.
7.Continue to stir in circles, the flour in the pot will boil even more, it will take about 5 minutes.
8.Cease the fire and let the flour cool for a while, about 1 minute. Then turn on the heat and stir for about 5 minutes. You can see that there is obviously less flour in the pot. It's more crystal clear, smoother, and already cooked.
