Prepare the raw materials. -

Cut the pork into small cubes, add cooking wine, salt and starch and marinate for 20 minutes. -

Fry the peanuts in the oil pan over low heat and take them out. -

Dried sesame seeds, shiitake mushrooms, diced, peeled and diced potatoes. -

Tips
1. There needs to be more oil in the stir-fry sauce to make it delicious. At the end of the meal, there is basically a layer of oil left at the bottom of the bowl.
2. Add the ingredients according to their maturity level.
3. No need to add salt.
