Add sugar to the glutinous rice. -

Pour in the dissolved yeast water and stir while pouring. -

Knead into dough. -

The dough will double in size after fermentation and become honeycomb-shaped inside. -

Grease your hands, take a piece of glutinous rice flour, press it into a cake and wrap it with bean filling. (I make the bean filling myself, see the previous recipe for how to make it) -

Wrap into a ball and set aside. -

Press into cakes. -

The oil temperature is 60-70% hot, turn on medium-low heat and put in the cake base. -

Fry until it is set, then flip over and fry until both sides are golden brown and the surface is bubbling. -

Remove and control oil. -

Crispy on the outside and waxy on the inside, with sweet bean filling.
Tips
1. I make the bean paste myself. Please refer to the previous recipe for the method.
2. You can also add other bean paste fillings according to your own taste.
3. Fried food and glutinous rice are not easy to digest, so the elderly and children should eat them in moderation.
