Wash and cut the tender rapeseed hearts into sections. -

Slice the cooked pork belly and shred the ginger. -

Put the pork belly slices into a pot and stir-fry over low heat to remove the oil. Add a little light soy sauce to enhance the freshness. -

Add the rapeseed and stir-fry until soft, add salt to taste and stir-fry evenly. -
