Peel and core the lychees and soak them in drinking water + salt (light salt water) for 15 minutes. -

Blanch the fresh shrimps, remove the shells and heads! Save the shrimp meat! -

Complete the above steps! Drain the lychees and mix them with the shrimps in salad dressing!
Tips
I bought the lychees and kept them in the refrigerator for a few days, and the salad dressing + sugar were also refrigerated for a few days before making them!
