I forgot to take a picture of the previous steps of kneading the dough, so let’s just talk about it: use a little warm water (one-third of the required ingredients) to dissolve the yeast. Add sugar, salt, milk powder, yeast and water to the flour and mix well while adding. Then continue to add the remaining water. After kneading into a smooth dough, add vegetable oil and continue kneading. The kneading process takes about 15 minutes. Just rub in all the oil and knead for a while. Then cover it with a damp cloth and ferment! The oven I used was fermented for 40 minutes. If there is a pizza pie, you can ignore it and jump directly to the bottom to sprinkle the ingredients. -

After fermentation to 2.5 times the size, take it out and press to release air, then cut it into 8-inch size. -

You can add vegetables and ingredients at will.
In fact, making the dough is very simple. I personally don’t think there is a need to buy cake dough.
It's definitely not as healthy as living on your own. And if you are unlucky, it is easy to buy failed products.
