Prepare four slices of toast and top with salad dressing and ketchup. -

Take a piece of toast and put a piece of lettuce on it. -

Put another piece of lettuce and ham on top. -

Put another piece of toast, lettuce and tomato on top. -

Cover with the last piece of toast and cut it diagonally. -

Tips
The sauce of the sandwich tastes great when paired with salad and tomatoes. This afternoon tea was so rich that I felt a little full.
