Ingredients list
① Cut the chicken wings in half, mix with dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and oyster sauce, massage and marinate for 30 minutes
② Cut the black skin chicken berries in half
③ Chop garlic
④ Chop perilla
Heat coconut oil, add minced garlic, add maracas, stir-fry until the flavor develops
Add chicken wings and stir-fry until both sides are lightly charred
Add black-skinned chicken fir and 1/3 rice bowl of water
Stir fry until the chicken berries begin to soften
Add perilla, add fish sauce, add sugar
Stir fry for 10–20 seconds to reduce the juice
Out of the pot, very delicious
