Wash the green mango, peel it and cut it into strips. -

Put the cut mangoes into a clean large bowl and marinate them with salt for four hours. -

Drain the pickled mangoes and rinse them with cold boiled water so that they will not be too salty. -

Finally, put the mango in the glass box and add sugar. If you like spicy food, you can also add chili pepper, so that it is sour, spicy and sweet. -
