How to make sesame cold noodles

  • 1. Prepare ingredients: carrot halves , 1 yellow claw, 1 rose pepper, half of the king oyster mushroom shredded, boiling water and shredded radish, drain the shredded king oyster mushroom in cold water and set aside.

  • 2.Take 2 eggs, spread 2 egg pancakes on a pan, cut into shreds and set aside.

  • 3.Knead the noodles with cold water, add 1 egg and a small spoonful of salt. Cut thin noodles.

  • 4.Cook the noodles, take them out and immerse them in cold boiling water for three to five minutes.

  • 5. Take out the noodles, first add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and chicken essence to the noodles. Mix well, then add shredded radish, shredded cucumber, shredded king oyster mushroom, shredded egg, shredded pepper, and finally add minced garlic sesame paste, mix well and serve.
